Residential Building Project Maia | Portugal

For the construction of the Unique Maia Residence II residential building in Maia, a deep foundation system using TRM driven piles was implemented to ensure safe load transfer into competent soil layers.

In total, 104 TRM piles type 170 with a combined length of approximately 606 metres were installed. The system proved to be particularly suitable due to the limited space on site and the challenging soil conditions consisting of silty-sandy soils and weathered granite.
