Founding of an MMA residential building under special requirements
A 3-story residential building for MMA cadets with an area of 2,851 m2 was constructed near the Cape Cod Canal, Massachusetts (USA). The risk of flooding due to the close location to the canal required careful foundation selection. In order to avoid this risk, it was necessary to find a quick and efficient solution. For this reason, the TRM pile system was chosen, which is particularly fast and simple to install. Using 108 TRM pile type 170/7.5 ductile iron piles, the team was able to complete the project successfully within a week.
