The "Geschütze Werkstätte Integrative Betriebe Tirol GmbH" extended the existing workshop in Vomp. The property is located east of Fiecht in the commercial zone and is accessed via a path on the southeastern boundary of the property. Excavator jetties showed below a topsoil layer an approximately 0.80 m thick silty sand layer. Underneath stood a sandy layer of gravel (Innkies) up to the final excavation depth.
The impact numbers of the ramming probes of 10 to 25 strokes suggested a tightly-packed soil. The piles bind three meters into the load-bearing soil layer. The TRM pile system was able to assert itself due to the tight construction schedule, as the system was able to withstand load immediately after the pile had been pounded and the foundations could progress.
