Since the beginning of 2019 serial production of the new ZMU-Austria coated pipe has been running. One of the first construction sites where this new all-rounder is used is in Italy, in the Aosta Valley. There, cement-coated pipes from Hall in Tyrol are being installed in nominal widths of DN 100 to DN 300 over a length of 15 kilometers. The newly constructed pipe serves to supply water to the valley.
The new ZMU-Austria-coated pipe offers optimum protection during transport, storage and conventional installation. A special highlight of this product is the property that it can be used in all soil classes - and this without soil replacement or additional bedding. Especially in alpine, rocky or hardly accessible terrain, this new tube can show its strengths.
