Better living on a safe foundation
New apartments are currently being built in Schwaz. That will offer generations space to live. A stable foundation is required for this to be achieved accordingly. So the specialist deepfoundation company Hollaus used the proven TRM piling system. The company's excellent experience with the ductile iron piles from Tyrol was the decisive factor in the decision. Piles in nominal sizes TRM 118/9.0 and 170/9.0 were used. The pressed piles were driven into the ground with shoes in the dimensions 220 and 270 millimeters at least 15 meters. This enables loads up to 960 kN to be transferred. During the installation, the Zillertal deep foundation company used a Komatsu PC 240 excavator with Atlas Copco MB1700 hydraulic hammer. The TRM piling system impresses with its outstanding character as a complete system and scores with features such as easy.simple.safe.
