Tiroler Rohre GmbH is a top employer

Tiroler Rohre GmbH is Tirol's hottest employer. Not just because of working with liquid iron. Also, because the traditional company from Hall was once again awarded the Certified TOP COMPANY quality seal. In order to receive this award, all of the company's almost 220 employees were questioned in six different categories using an anonymous survey tool. In all areas, the results of TRM are well above the average and the required minimum values. It is impressive that the participation in this voluntary survey was a whopping 93.2%. It is therefore not surprising that 77% of the employees rated Tiroler Rohre GmbH as an excellent employer. The survey also showed that 83 percent of employees would recommend a job at TRM to a good friend. The survey also revealed which of the numerous benefits offered are best received by the workforce. These are the flexible working hours, independent work and the good working atmosphere in the individual departments. This high level of employee satisfaction is certainly a major reason for the average of 14 years of service with the company.
