Torrent and avalanche control require water pipes with the highest level of safety

In order to meet the requirements of torrent and avalanche control in the Rettenbachtal next to the glacier road, a bed load basin will be built in summer 2020. The Ötztal mountain railways are laying a ski path with a snowmaking system. Due to the extreme environmental conditions, the mountain railways decide for ductile iron pipe systems from TRM. The new pipes with a diameter of DN 300 and a pressure level of 85 bar are being laid by the experienced employees of HTB. The simple VRS-T connection guarantees safe operation even under the most difficult conditions.

Safe water supply.
