Fascinating project: 22-story building on TRM Piling Systems

In December 2024, the "Madinat Salman Manama" residential construction project in Bahrain is expected to be completed with the handover of 400 apartments.

The 22-story project is being built innovatively on a combined piled/raft foundation with TRM Piling System This form of foundation is the first in the region and also the largest in the world. The TRM piles act as a load transfer as well as a stiffening element of the plate.
