Historical exchange in Brasov

In the Romanian city of Brasov, formerly called Kronstadt in German, Tiroler Rohr GmbH was able to demonstrate its capabilities in a very special project. The city, located in the middle of the Carpathians, renewed over a length of 3,800 meters one part of its water supply network. The pipes that were removed were  pipes made of oak wood from 1908, which was really something special. In the spirit of sustainability, these were now replaced by tried and tested, restrained pipes from the heart of the Alps. Pipes with a diameter of DN 500 were used at this site. This ensures that the water supply for a 20,000 m² shopping center in particular, but also the surrounding residents, is secured for many years. The work was done by the Romanian company AGServ. They particularly praised the simple laying of the pipes from Tyrol.

Safe water supply.
