New Elevated Water Tank

Between 2023 and 2024, the municipality of St. Johann im Pongau built a new elevated water tank with a capacity of 650 m³, more than tripling its water reserves. The project ensures long-term water supply security in response to previous shortages, a growing population, and increasing tourism. Outlying areas also benefit from a new transmission pipeline installed under challenging terrain conditions.
